The company's capital has been determined by US $ 100 million, distributed to (100.000) one hundred thousand shares at US $ 1000 each, subscription has been equally made as follow :

(50000) fifty thousand share – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia government

(50 000) fifty thousand share – Arab Republic of Egypt  government .

20% of par value amounting US $ 20 million has  been  paid  upon  establishing  company, total  paid  up capital raised by the end of 2008 to   reach  (62%)  of  par value  amounting  L.E. 170.6 million.

   • The Egyptian  government    share   is represented by National

     Investment Bank.
