The Role that the Saudi Egyptian industrial investment Company could perform
• Appraise feasibility studies for industrial Projects submitted by promoters, conduct sensitivity analysis tests to ensure reasonability of return compared to risk, verify the cost and coverage, and invest in projects to be viable.
• Review the primary economic indicators of industrial projects submitted by sponsors, collaborate and participate in completion of feasibility studies, and participate in share capital to convert these projects into successful productive entities that contribute to the industrial development.
• Manage closely those Project in which the company has ownership interests, through membership in the boards of directors of the affiliated companies
