The company Produces petroleum additives such as additives for improvement of fuel properties, oil, chemicals of  drilling, refining and viscosity improvers.

-The company has been established in 1999 with authorized capital of L.E. 500 million and issued, paid up capital amounted to L.E. 175 million and started production in 2003

-The  company  is   located  at El –Amria  in Alexandria Governorate and it has another location at the free zone to be used as store for export purpose  and to serve the petroleum companies.

-The company's total investments amounted to L.E.173 million at the end of 2008.

-Saudi  Egyptian Company has share capital participation in ACPA rated 8.3%.
